Site Cloner data handling

When you run a capture, the service processes the public URL you submit, your chosen options, and public page content and resources reached by the crawler. It creates job records, screenshots, reports, manifests and downloadable archives. Do not submit URLs containing passwords, private access tokens, confidential documents or personal information you are not authorized to share.

The browser stores a generated identifier, recent-job references and your preferences locally so it can show your runs again. This is not a full signed-in account. Clearing browser storage can remove access to those job references.

Captures and job records are stored on the service's hosting infrastructure, including Railway. Network and operational information, such as request details, can be processed to operate the service, diagnose errors and limit abuse. Source websites receive requests from the capture service; exported pages may still reference their original external resources.

Automatic deletion of saved captures is not currently implemented. Cache freshness is not a deletion schedule. Download and retain your own copy. To request review or deletion of captured material, contact syracusewebagency@gmail.com and identify the source URL and job ID without sending passwords or secrets.

The current basic service does not send captures to a paid AI model or collect customer payments. If those features are introduced, this information must be updated to reflect the enabled services.
